Management do not understand our complex business, expect simple “out of the box” solutions to suffice without evaluating the greater impact to clients. Significant delays in repaying staff out of pocket expenses. Goal to be $1BN business chosen by CEO because it was a “nice, round number”. Paying too much for consultants to tell them how to run the company instead of understanding how the business works themselves and run the business like they are being paid to do.
