Vantaggi

A lot of genuinely hardworking people who keep things going despite constant change and obstacles Remote and hybrid flexibility is a real positive, especially compared to companies pushing full return to office Benefits are solid, but there is definitely room to improve

Svantaggi

Problems get patched instead of fixed. The same issues show up over and over across processes, systems (CRM and ERP), and roles because root causes are ignored Sales has too much control over how things operate. Strong, scalable solutions get blocked if they do not align with how sales wants to structure a deal even when it is not in the company’s best interest. This a a sign of a desperate Sales team. There is an overemphasis on closing deals at any cost, without enough accountability for the full revenue lifecycle. Revenue quality matters, not just getting something in the door Leadership concerns are not new, are constantly talked about on Glassdoor and internally and they are ignored. There is a real need for stronger accountability, clearer direction, and leaders who are willing to make tough decisions. The tough decisions include looking closely at members of C-Suite and their failed impact.

Vantaggi

Great PTO Work Life Balance

Svantaggi

Benefits are poor and fall well below what you would expect for the industry No meaningful bonuses or raises, with little indication that this will improve Internal IT tools are extremely frustrating and daily make basic tasks harder than they should be U.S.-based employees often feel undervalued as priorities shift toward offshore resources Aggressive and ongoing push toward offshoring Little to no real integration between U.S. and offshore teams, leading to constant friction The organization is highly siloed—more than any company I’ve experienced Employees may be expected to transfer knowledge to offshore teams, creating ongoing uncertainty about job stability Middle management often prioritizes defending bad decisions over making necessary improvements
