There is an overemphasis on closing deals at any cost, without enough accountability for the full revenue lifecycle. Revenue quality matters, not just getting something in the door Leadership concerns are not new, are constantly talked about on Glassdoor and internally and they are ignored. There is a real need for stronger accountability, clearer direction, and leaders who are willing to make tough decisions. The tough decisions include looking closely at members of C-Suite and their failed impact.
