As you may know, the tech industry has one of the highest turnover rates. Our turnover rate is, in fact, significantly lower than other tech companies in our peer group. – it is actually 45.3% lower than the average turnover for similar technology companies, as reported in a recent LinkedIn study. We feel that this low turnover rate is product of hiring for matches to our core values. Of course, there are misses, and in those cases, we do occasionally part ways.
We have not received any similar feedback on any of our internal employee satisfaction surveys. We actually just conducted a benefits survey within the last two months, which led to us adding additional health plans and an HSA match to our extensive benefits portfolio.
Again, we are sorry that you feel one would have to be desperate or lazy to continue working here. We would encourage you to discuss any specifics with your manager or HR, or our CEO. If you do decide to move on, we wish you the best of luck.
