      Great work environment and benefits. Several opportunities to learn and expand skills. Requires both technical and artistic abilities. The owners are very kind and approachable, expect a lot out of you, but reward you for good hard work. Get to utilize many software skills to develop training content, from multi-media motion graphics to CGI rendering and animation. Strong product that sells.

      Subject matter of company products & focus is a little narrow for designers, but is slowly expanding and improving over time. Some of the leadership feels inexperienced.

      A great opportunity to put your own stamp on products. Management listens to all ideas and is open to change. Very compassionate to employee needs. Production team is a great group of people who are always competing to produce the highest quality work yet still will drop anything they have going on to teach a new trick or offer feedback. Since joining the company, I have been given opportunities and rewards that have consistently made me feel that my career is advancing in a positive direction.

      Area around office is suburban and comprised mostly of strip malls, although Portland is nearby. Being a small company, we are all expected to take on a large number of tasks at any one given time and do them well the first time. Those who can't maintain focus may struggle.
