      You had a 12 point system for time you could be absent if you needed to, the pay was okay, and the people were nice.

      They were always going on about sales, I had a high sales quota, so they would go after me about VOC voice of the customer, if that was great too, they would go on about phone calls even though you would often have to help with a technical support question, then billing, and then try to make a sale, even if you did your job right they would find something else.

      the account that was assigned to is sales - so monthly quota is stressful. Our account was unfortunately let go and the position is no longer available to they need to let go of us
