Vantaggi

They exchanged money for your time, whether wasted or productive

Svantaggi

"Perfect" people who are 100% out of touch with what it's like to start a new job and need training. A creative team big on being quirky and dyeing their hair, but not on being approachable This was bad. Training involved a lot of "hey go read this without context" and two people who were either too busy to help you or couldn't help but roll their eyes at you for not inherently understanding all ins and outside of the job. A lot of lip service from those two. They talked a good talk, but couldn't be bothered to help with even quick questions.

Remote work, high salary, decent benefits.

Svantaggi

This company is one of the most dysfunctional organizations I’ve ever encountered. The culture is entirely work-obsessed—there is no room to build meaningful relationships with colleagues, which fosters an isolated and unhealthy environment. Leadership and clients are constantly in crisis mode, creating a perpetual “hair-on-fire” atmosphere that drains employees and leaves no space for thoughtful, strategic work. A particularly concerning aspect is the incorporation of religious content into corporate and leadership trainings, which was never disclosed during recruitment. This creates an uncomfortable and exclusionary dynamic for many employees. The CEO sets the tone, and unfortunately, it is neither professional nor inspiring. He presents himself as a “Disney adult/(enough said),” but behind the quirkiness lies a volatile temper and a lack of maturity expected of someone in his position. The company is also fundamentally dishonest with its clients. Metrics are manipulated—positive data points are cherry-picked, while negative ones are conveniently left out. This not only damages trust externally but also forces employees to participate in misleading practices. Internally, the culture is paternalistic and, at times, blatantly misogynistic. Employees are treated like children, with leadership enforcing unnecessary and demeaning rules. Women, in particular, have been criticized for not wearing makeup or doing their hair for internal meetings—an outdated and sexist expectation that has no place in a modern workplace. Overall, this is an organization driven by fear, dishonesty, and performative values. Employees are not respected as professionals, clients are misled, and leadership cultivates a toxic environment that stifles both trust and growth.
