Come here to do your worst work! I can confidently say that letting go 25 people of all seniorities (most of them based on their salary so Autotrader can save some $$$) while promising they were safe for months when we were moving to a smaller office is extremely disgusting. Don't listen to any of these 5 star lies. It pains me to write this because Convertus used to be a great place with very low wage (we're talking 30k for junior role after being bumped to 40k designer after buy out) but experiences that were process oriented but the barest design bones ever. Think: 2 days for homepage mockup with no research, monthly design projects with 2 steps in the process (wireframe, hi-fi), scared of HR or HR not getting rid of bad apples and lack of transparency from above. Amplify this with the new "leadership" of a corporate hog like Autotrader and now my friends who still work there are just surviving so they aren't unemployed. Don't give this a try, I warn you now or 3 months later you'll either be fired for no reason or looking for a new role
