I looked into your comment on heavy upper management and found that only 19% of the organization fits into this category. This means 81% of the company is not part of upper management - which is a healthy ratio for a growing small business.
Message Broadcast is definitely experiencing change and will continue to do so as the organization grows over the next few years. Change can be difficult, and I encourage you and anyone who may be struggling with the changes to schedule time with your leaders, a leader you trust, or HR to discuss what you are going through. We can't grow as individuals or organizations if we don't talk.
