When I first started, it was an awesome job that I became addicted to (weird, I know). But I loved working everyday from home (remote) and I even offered and volunteered to put in overtime every chance I could. I loved being able to work from home, having the additional training opportunities to add to my skills and knowledge. Handling the phone calls and placing orders was a breeze and the overall company's purpose was fulfilling in the means of helping others.

Unfortunately, there is lack of leadership and communications. Advocates are constantly getting new supervisor swaps -do don't get comfortable with the one you have because not all of the keep communications clear, keep you up to date with your productivity scores, etc. The company has a huge turnover rate due to so many factors. It's a stressful-troublesome workplace. They do not room to have a work & home balance because they do not support it regardless of what they may say. Most time when you are required to work overtime (every beginning and end of each Quarter) you are given very little notice. If you miss your required overtime- expect to have double points tacked on to your attendance. Communication is non-existent and it's all in who you know. So if you have an issue with your supervisor or someone in upper management, you will likely see nothing to come of it because HR plays favorites. I am not one who hates the jobs I work for and I love to work but I also take the company's culture and ethics into consideration for a career opportunity and this company was failing. It definitely needs to be turned inside out and re-ironed.
