Nice team and ok office

Convidera Developing products for her clients based on assumptions, stack holder's opinion, and politics, with very little input from the real-life users that will use the software. they push as much product as possible to the client in order to make a big sale which makes the life of the development team very miserable - working into the nights and weekends. some of my peers actually needed a special vacation to prevent a nervous breakdown.
