Good work/life balance. They are a relatively hands off company when it comes to the day to day operations of the reps. I have heard that this might be changing or has changed in the years since I left.
Svantaggi
The pay scale and overall compensation were the biggest cons. While competitors are making six figures, we were struggling to get there. All business units had differing plans that reps were paid, but none were that much better/worse than the others.
