Relies heavily on thinking if we have product we can sell it which is not true. Company does do illegal acts that can cause investigation from the Feds, if someone sends in an anonymous tip. Also tons of high up people are taking cuts under the table with vendors. Many people are in leadership positions that have not earn to be, which leads to teams having no guidance or succession plans for career growth.
