A lot of old-timers got away with doing the bare minimum, hoarding insider knowledge to guarantee their positions without adding any actual value. Management consistently demonstrated a lack of interest or experience when it came to the actual websites the company was building, choosing instead to indulge in an endless series of bureaucratic inefficiencies designed to supposedly improve things.
