1. Monthly vehicle inspections all landing on one day cannot be/is not being an efficient use of time for the technicians as well as mgmt. I arrived by or before 7:30am and it was 9am before I left to go to my first stop most of the time on check in days.
2. The Sharpsburg Regional Manager will call you at the most inconvenient times to address the most minor concerns. DO NOT ignore him for longer than 5 minutes or you will be on his “get F’d list”. He also will get upset with you IF you address anything of concern with you about (the office, bad customers, fake/bad service calls, idiotic or manipulative things done by the Pest Manager asking for more bottled water (during the summer) when the office fails to keep it supplied.
3) They will steal money from your paychecks so audit them and keep up with your production every day!!
Don’t ever apply to work here unless you enjoy stress and working weekends and for free.

Office staff are completely incompetent and lazy. They will exaggerate service calls “free work” that you will show up to only to be told 90% of the time by the customer they really didn’t need you.
