      All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. Manager driven and manager has more power. All are depends on your manager. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company.

      This business sells registrations to fun, active, events. This means that we're in the business of selling people a good time. That makes me happy and is definitely motivating. There are perks for this type of line of work too: the work is always interesting because the days aren't always the same. Very successful company going through a great growth spurt.
