Management: hypocritical, derogatory, and offensive comments were made. No room for advancement. Also when work is slow management tends to freak out. Employee are always looking to throw each other under the bus.

Average day is 12 hours a day with next to no support from management. Alot of the techs are really green and cause more harm than good. The good techs carried the . Alot of secrets, lies and ghost policies that are always changing. I was their top productive tech but when I put my notice in, they wouldnt pay vacation out and abrubtly terminated me. I tried to give hr feedback to improve but no respondes. I worked out of mn, so other branched may be different. 0/10
