They are great people to work with

Majority of employees in the US are hard working and willing to work together to solve problems

Terrible and incompetent upper management (particularly one that won't be named) with no leadership skills. No vision, no leadership skills, unwillingness to take responsibility, take all the credit of your hard work, but will not blink an eye to throw you under the bus the first moment you make a mistake.
