      The company is a good size to have the ability to move up. Being a small large company it prides itself on being able to turn on a dime to keep up with trends and make moves within the market. It is a growing company and being able to make moves helps it go with the flow and allows for upward and lateral opportunities.

If you are a person who likes to settle into a specific role and enjoys knowing exactly what tomorrow offers when you get to work you may not like the pace of change within the company.

      Not much feedback, but when there is, it could almost be seen as abusive by somebody who is sensitive or somebody who has never been in a shop type environment.

      The work environment is friendly and has a family feel. They promote from within. Advancement is encouraged. Management is approachable and accommodating. Pay for my position was on the high end of other companies for equivalent responsibilities.

      In my experience the day was too steady and not as challenging or energizing as I was accustomed to. Slow and steady may win the race but i'm more of a sprinter.
