The opportunity for interns is great - good integration into the company and a great co-worker community. The projects you work on range from insignificant to game-making, so it's a grab-bag that some will win.

Until recently the management team was unable to correctly identify their target market, or present a cohesive image of what the company was doing. This doesn't matter for interns, but for full-time people it may be more important.
