In Poland they replaced the entire team several times during 2015 and they ridiculled them during the sales review. Here, they had 3 people come and go in less than 3 months. - the only focus is on profit, no market growth, customer satisfaction - no benefits - no career plan - not a proactive atitude towards problem solving - little to no training
