Very friendly management team, passionate co-worker. Micro-managing is the taboo word around here so you won't ever have a Big brother watching over your back. Good work-life balance. If you work in the right department, frequent travel is a bonus. Management do the best to promote health and wellness, which is expected from a health care device company.

The pay rate is on the lower side for the Bay Area. Company is currently integrating to new technology platform so everything is chaotic. Expect this trend to continue for the next couple of years. Heavily dependent on other office. Even with new platform, the company is on the low tech side, so some people with high technical skills feel under utilized.
