Payrise this year a joke. No payrise last year, worked all through the pandemic, had a lot of cases last year . The company did not suffer and used the pandemic as an excuse not to give a payrise. Several milestones reached as well. There was a bonus paid towards the end of last year, but it didn't cover what we could have earned with a payrise. They have aspirations to be the #1 Contact Lens Company in the world, but are not rewarding the people that will get them there...
