The payroll manager didn’t know what he was doing and was difficult to communicate with. The actual payroll office was difficult to function in due to an issue with the heat in the building. Our tiny office needed to be at about 90 degrees otherwise the rest of the building would be ice cold. It’s hard to work and stay awake when it feels like you’re working in a sauna.
