Vantaggi

Nice office space - you are provided with everything you will ever need to do your job, although some of the software could certainly have the kinks worked out. Great benefits - they pride themselves on competitive benefits Great community of coworkers. There is a small town feel to the office. Everyone is friendly and it's easy to fit in and really enjoy the people you work with. The social committee is very active and the events help to make the workplace more tolerable (arguably enjoyable). Nice work-life balance. After 90 days you can flex your time and work later/earlier in the day. And you can expect very little overtime (no 60-80 hour weeks or feeling guilty for eating your lunch) There's a focus on promoting from within and once you have learned the ropes there are many opportunities for learning more and pursuing your interests within the company

Svantaggi

The company was bought out by big business and is the entire culture is slowly changing. Employees are being valued less and pay is becoming less and less competitive. Headcount is much harder to get leaving growing workloads for leaner teams.

Vantaggi

Good benefits, good pay.

Svantaggi

This company used to be almost like a family - everyone used to look out for each other and work together as a team. Now, the company is very divided. Operations is it's own entity and management has let them down on several occasions. There is no support or transparency from management - they keep a ton of secrets instead of being open with the operations team when it comes to decisions and things that directly affect them. Hiring takes forever - when a team that used to have 12 employees becomes a team with 6, they need help. It shouldn't take months to hire employees when there is both an urgent need AND available people within the company who are willing to join the team immediately. Operations is told to work extensive hours and get little to no recognition or compensation for the amount of work that they put in. When the company started, and even years later when I joined, we had amazing people with great skill sets working here. These great people have become tired, overworked, and under-appreciated. Now, the morale throughout the teams is at an all time low.
