Love the sales culture that ProsperWorks has established and maintained while still experiencing fast growth. The perks are great (catered meals, awesome snacks in the office, regular team events) but the people who work here are extremely friendly and approachable. We are focused as a company to hit our goals and know how to properly forecast/pace towards those goals. When it's time to sprint, we sprint. When it's time to jog, we know how to pace for the next big company target we need to hit. Management is fantastic and continues to excel in hiring additional talent for the organization. As a sales professional, this is a fantastic place to work.

Along with quick growth inevitably comes challenges along the way in terms of implementing new software to keep up with demands, tweaking those softwares to desired outcomes. Like anything else, when tweaks need to be made, they need to be reviewed and that can take time (no instant satisfaction - but that's OK in my book). It should be noted that we are on a monthly sales quota so you've got to be prepared to bring it every month in sales.
