No real cons honestly. It is the start up world so you need to be adaptable to processes being ever-changing, but that's the fun part! It keeps you on your toes!

- Never received feedback or given guidance/you are expected to magically know what to do next - Some of the employees are terrible to work with, rude and high ego driven (they don't understand the dynamics of a team) - They put the needs of their business over the needs of the customers - Very little direction from leadership makes the team do extra work with little recognition - Extremely overworked with little time to rest (frown on you for taking a vacation) - Unhealthy working environment - Benefits are not comparable to other start ups
