Workloads were often disorganised and unbalanced. Creatives would be moved around to different clients frequently so we could hardly finish a project or get to know one client. One day we’d be schedule a massive workload and nothing the next. Unreliable — they made redundancies without warning. The situation may have improved since I left but this was not a work environment I would ever wish upon anyone else. They draw people in with big shiny promises but the culture and flexibility isn’t all it’s advertised as.
