•Leadership does not lead, but rather made decisions and announce with no reasoning or concern as to how it will impact the employee's work •Lack of resources available- I hope you get a thrill out of qualitative research.... if not...you'll acquire the skill...FAST. •You will be micromanaged...and it won't be anything pertaining to your actual work •Quality of work is overlooked while those who do bare minimum are praised •Decisions are made based on personal relationships and "who likes who" rather than factoring in the quality of the work being done. As long as they "like you" your opinion matters, if they don't.....you're in for an awkward 8 hour workday. •Benefits suck
