More interested in project management getting in the way so they can control the engineers than actually getting the job done. Lots of travel to strange and boring places. Constantly trying to invent ways to nickel and dime its employees proof of toll receipts, per meal per diem cap, employees not allowed to book their own hotel rooms, not allowed to use personal car for long distance drives. Management pretends they are interested in training and work/life balance until the time comes then they disappoint.
