Not a lot of pros here. There is a good deal of talented technical people but if you're not getting any leads then what's the point. I learned that I never want to work for an organization like this ever again!

Sales model is straight out of the 80's, heavy handed and unrelenting.
If you're paying someone a decent salary then treat them with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Someone said it earlier it is like working with a bunch of frat boys.

The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
