I did not receive termination pay as well as a fair portion of my commissions.
I had to open up a claim with the employment standards act (which I won) that still has not been resolved as management is avoiding them.
Dynamic work schedule, able to book time off when needed. Fun work environment! I loved working with all my co workers from the full time staff to the interns and coop students.
