No process for advancement. No process for R&D or new project development. Does not work well with remote employees. Old-school business management and outdated analytics processes. Does not formally follow Impact and/or Mission Statements (only words, not action)

Flexible in time and work and good team work management.

Payrolls are not running in well manner. Other than this everything is fine.
