Demands safe work environmentand safe choices by drivers and warehouse while also not addressing safety concerns from employees, uncaring, dishonest, disingenuous and lacks integrity while expecting integrity from employees. Some supervisors really care while others are only trying to keep their jobs as "yes men" and management all the way up to corporate couldn't care less. They make many reasonable demands and expectations of their people but will not back them up, maintain their tools for success, does not maintain equipment. They regularly and egregiously mess up on paychecks and when that puts an employee into a hardship it's "too bad so sad, wait two more weeks and MAYBE we won't mess that up again." There is zero accountability from the top down and if you get a good supervisor wanting to take care of their people or stand up for them then they'll get written up or fired.
