Horrible management - Recensione dipendente - Order Selector presso Core-Mark

Unprofessional management. Have low standards for the people they hire. Lots of favoritism and a bit of nepitism. Low production rates due to half hearted training. Certain supervisors have a power trip and gossip about their employees or talk down to their employees. Many people get away with having lots of points and constantly calliing off they are not strict with employees but still disrespect them. 5 supervisors and have a clerical hired but all some supervisors do is stand outside the office and look for someone to write up. Some get paid more and 50% of their time is sitting in the office joking around. Low morale overall.
