Ryder is an absolute disgrace of a leasing company. Pickers and builders have no idea what they are doing and the end result of this is hours wasted every week digging for product at a stop. You will work every holiday besides Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. You will have to get used to the bend over and take it ideology when it comes to delivering to customers. There is no line to cross when customers are allowed to push. If you choose not to bend over and take it you most likely get kicked out of a store. Which means you would lose that route Some guys that have been around for a couple years sit on their butt and wait for other guys to do everything
