Pay, company constantly changing the commission structure. No support from corporate. All they care about is numbers even when you have good number they just want more. Trying to make sales reps do multiple jobs.

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.
