Want to know how silly SR leadership is? all calls route to the customer service team! Need HR, receiving, billing? Guess what? You can't call them. You will reach us andnot only can't we solve your issue but we can't transfer you either. Best we can do is take your name and phone number and hope we can find the name of someone in that department & state who we can IM your information. Needing a job verification for credit check or apartment renting? good luck. SR leadership doesn't care wasn't smart enough to think that through. Seriously I get at least 10 calls a week asking to verify someone's employment and I can't really help them
