Horrible place to work - Recensione dipendente - Patient Care Coordinator presso Core Physical Therapy

Owners have no respect for their employees and no ethical considerations for their patients. A huge amount of unpaid work is expected from everyone, owners don't seem to understand significant aspects of their own business, there was no back end support for administrative staff. No regular raises or opportunities for advancement, and benefits were continuously getting cut throughout the time I worked there. It's unbelievably obvious that all that matters to their owners is their bottom line, which is hard to swallow if you actually care about the patients and their well-being.
