The owners and operations managers are wonderful and accept people for how they are and encourages each employee to do their very best. The team atmosphere is fantastic. Everyone works together to be successful and to help one another. Its fulfilling to go home at the end of the day and know you've helped a borrower/client make the right steps to get out of debt and take a burden off their shoulders. There is a lot of room for advancement if you want to advance.

The employee benefits could be better but its a small, growing company so I think the benefits will improve as the business expands.
