Core is a great place to work, an exceptional team of people delivering some real leading edge solutions. The company punches well above its weight class in many areas and works with a surprising range of customers. Management are supportive and forward thinking, and the business is growing and developing at an impressive rate. Customer satisfaction is good which makes selling new services much simpler. The team of people are great, there is a real family feeling across the business, lots of social activities, very flat hierarchy, great team spirit.

As an employee there aren’t any real cons, the Directors are very hands on and make decisions based on the best outcome for the company as a whole, which sometimes means individuals don’t get approval for everything they want to do, but that’s no different to any other business I have worked for.
