One of the best companies I've ever worked for. Management has an open door policy for real with management open to suggestions and criticisms, benefits are outstanding, company tries very hard to communicate, growth plans are realistic, continual emphasis on quality and responsiveness to customers.

Company is growing and has normal growing pains, but management is quick to address and try to remedy any issues that arise . No real cons to list given that reality.
