The company culture is great. Vibes are high, people are always willing to help each other out and leadership is extremely knowledgeable. The training course you take before you start is great as well. When I started making calls on my own, I felt confidence on the phones right away. Good indication of good new hire training. The culture club is excellent and constantly finds fun ways to bring the employees together. Every quarter they pick a great charity and promote/donate to it. They frequently give back to the community which is great.

The money when you first start out is brutal. Even once you get some people working for you, the commission can be affected by multiple factors, some which arent under the recruiter's control. There are multiple things a clinician can do to affect the money you take home some weeks. It can get incredibly frustrating. You HAVE to start fast at this job. If you do, you set yourself up well to stay ahead and build at your own pace. If you lag too far behind, it's an uphill battle where even with hard work and asking for help, you can get buried. It's like any corporate sales position, metrics are king. The second they sense trouble, theyll put folks on a PIP and theyre happy to bring to next group of new hires in once you fail to remove yourself from it. Lots of long-tenured folks but lots of turnover too.
