Vantaggi
I have been working at CoreNet Global for six months now. I believe leadership truly does have a trickle-down effect, and I laud CEO Angela Cain for promoting a sincerely inclusive, empathetic, and positive environment. The culture has a familial feel that is hard to find elsewhere. This in itself makes CoreNet Global a special place to work. You can almost always find home-baked goodies on the communal kitchen counter, and Angela herself will regularly bring in treats. It is no small consideration that the benefits are also an outstanding addition, and leadership values the importance of personal time. Which, again, is a rare thing in the workplace today. Probably most importantly, though, is the sense of value I feel for my contributions to the organization. There is a fantastic system of recognition, so one would be hard-pressed to feel undervalued. Flexibility and creative thinking are encouraged, so there is tremendous room for growth of ideas. I personally took on an initiative that I felt passionately about and was not only allowed freedom to pursue it but cheered on for my efforts. The initiative was widely received, and I was deeply honored and humbled by the recognition I gained from Angela and my coworkers. Good place. Good people.
