I've worked here for 13 years and have been through a lot of changes over the years. I will say that things get better the longer I've been here. Don't get me wrong, they were not bad before but you can see the difference with our current CEO. She is a very creative and think outside the box person and I love that about her. The staff and management are all very friendly and approachable and always willing to help when needed. We have an in-house baker (not officially) who makes great sweet treats. We have space to be creative and there is a lot of support behind each person from my perspective. There are at times projects that are assigned that are outside of your position but they make it fun and it allows you to try new things. It's always great seeing everyone and we have the best random conversations. We have great health and other benefits as well. The senior team go out of their way to be sure we are always getting the best insurance and they try to help offset costs by contributing a portion as well. It is very helpful and appreciated.

Pre-Covid, my only con was driving the far distance to and from work everyday but other than that, no any major issues.
