Most of the reviews here are from people close to the founders, but there are a few true statements:
Smart & Good people in most departments

Current management is incredibly weak on business, culture and people management / interaction.
Behavior at times is almost like an episode of a sitcom - people acting the way they think they should based on a character rather than acting with intelligence or maturity.
Based on these shortcomings they have made some moves on the executive front, bringing in more sales leaders and replacing others, none of which seem to have any idea what they are doing in this space.
I've also heard horror stories of individuals getting lectured or written up based on stuff taking place during after hours events etc. Leadership feels very petty and arbitrary.
