I feel compelled to write this review because management is asking us to write fake reviews or write reviews that will boost our Glassdoor rating. We have had meetings about the website and how it’s giving us a bad name. I am a currently working at CoreTech but I’m actively looking for new opportunities. Management tends to blame everyone else but themselves for the culture and why people continue to leave. The salary is very low; I have a hard time paying my rent and pretty much surviving in Calgary. We work on a base plus commission, in the initial interview the owner said “you could make 100k in your first year” this is so far from the truth. I have placed a lot of consultants and management says they’re happy with my work and I will be lucky to make 60k this year. It’s a very toxic and corrupt environment to work in. I don’t know why customers in Calgary keep choosing to work with us!!
