Genuinely invested in you. Don't hire in bulk. Daily meetings and catchups to present not only achievements but also improvements. Weekly training sessions for all staff. Really help you see your potential GREAT TEAM

      None specific, it's recruitment/sales and that isn't for everyone! Ultimately how far you succeed here is down to you, but everyone has a huge amount of support and the tools to do the job.
