The office was a lovely environment to work in, with shared working space on lower floors and a great balcony to sit out on. The culture was fantastic too with plenty of social events plus actual social networking events which were well run! MD's are great people who are very approachable and sit out on the office floor with the rest of the staff which puts a trainee consultant at ease from the get-go. Fantastic training from Sam Morley which is backed up with the academy progression route, weekly check in with on-track/off-track support too. D&I heavily included in the training programme which is great to see!
