I had a deeply disappointing experience with Alludo’s hiring process. During the interview, the team repeatedly claimed to have “the best HR department in the world,” yet their actions reflected a lack of professionalism and sound judgment in evaluating candidates.
Shockingly, the time between hiring and termination was less than two weeks. It seems they failed to consider the real-life consequences of their decisions—especially for those who left secure jobs to join their company. Their system lacks maturity and empathy, leaving people jobless and without income due to abrupt and poorly managed decisions.
I should have trusted the other reviews warning that Alludo hires and fires quickly, with no sense of stability. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way.
